>challenging shills, what happens whe frustrated anons and newfags join in

Been on both sides, know what it's like both as digger and baker. Diggers work hard to bring something of value to /qr/; bakers work hard to keep up with 700+ posts each bread.

On a practical level, works best for one person (the baker) to 'manage' each bread, but not a perfect system bc involves a lot of responsibility, bakers get targeted a lot, and as a result, can sometimes become more 'firm' than is ideal bc of a defensive stance.

Most disputes revolve around notables, because when a post is notabled, many anons see it within the next couple of hours. Good for diggs, catching up on news, presenting insightful anon perspectives on q posts, etc. Diggers will fight for what they see as important diggs; and that's good, bc bakers don't know about every single dig or every key news story, even tho they are constantly reading to keep up.

Sometimes disputes arise when bakers have ideas that diverge from the norm about what it means for a post to be 'notable'. This is gonna happen coz this board attracts free thinkers–and that includes bakers. Best solution is find another baker for any overlooked or rejected posts.

Helps if both bakers and anons remember that notables aren't everything, all posts go into qresear.ch, you can always post multiple times posts not spam). Q team sees everything!

This board is a real work of art that have been lovingly created by diverse individuals over time. Good for all of us to stand up for one another against either shill attacks or ignorant attacks by anons who get taken in by shills.

As long as we can work together to create a board where Q can postand where we can all dig, meme and prayeverything else is gravy.

Bakers are so often attacked that it's easy to

>DOUGH CHANGES are definitely NOT 'buffalo bakers' at work.

see discussion at the bottom of /comms/ baking seminar class #11.

Baker proposed update to dough; pros and cons were debated, seems that some changes were made. i thought it was just a debate, didn't realize some changes were already put into dough.

>>8993158

in the comms discussion, i took the position that it is best to proceed with dough revisions slowly and carefully, so they are organic and don't just come from a single source. So i agree with reversion, on that basis.

General recommendation for dough changes

  • let minor changes be made and see whether anons or bakers ask for reversions

  • let minor changes be actively discussed, not just implemented.

My 2 cents worth.

this country threads discussion does not deserve this much attention, imo. those threads were consolidated when a baker got "body too long" in the middle of a bake.

>any anon can 'breeze in' and make changes

That's the crux of the matter. even if the changes are good, should not be made by one anon/ baker in that way (lots of changes made by one individual made wo/prior discussion with others, both anons and bakers).

Traditional dough = organic dough.

if changes are made suddenly and wo/discussion, bakers will almost ALWAYS revert, assuming it's a shill.

That's the way it is.

Why?

Bc comms are difficult here, coordinating things is difficult - which is why changes are best done gradually and after thought and discussion. Often, proposed changes are first put into GLOBAL NOTABLES, so anons can discuss and/or object. Warning shot over the bow for a more permanent change.

Very well said.

Don't know who exactly made the change, but it's war room fags who tend to push for changes and don't take no for an answer.

That's not how /qresearch/ works.

You want to make quick changes?

Make them on qanonresearch endchan.

>why not just links?

because there is always new info to be added. if new info is important, other info must either be dropped or consolidated (in pastebins)

OR

pages added to dough.

It's a tradeoff.

Somebody is – and pushing hard for dough changes. Spamming those changes in posts when they don't occur. If this is you or those who work with you, it's not ok.

>we came to good conclusion prior to this bake.

Who came to a good conclusion? What group?

Sorry if WarRoomanon from Belgium is getting caught in the crossfire. Comments here are directed to sgrvl ("angry gerbil"), who can push pretty hard when he gets a bee in his bonnet.
