DeFacto is a clothing store out of Istanbul, Turkey. The same city in which the Isaac Kappy leaked video of little girls in a Turkish bathhouse pointed towards (via The Kingdom of Legends and Anjana Spa).

Take a look at DeFacto "cam" website. Not quite clear, but apparently there is a webcam setup at the store and people (mostly children) goof off in front of it and then it is downloaded onto the DeFacto website:
