Ok fellow memefags, need a little help from anyone who can do patches. I'd like to make one for our boatfags and have a rough pepe sketched out, included.

I can't get the text, though, I've got some low-powered software and I'm not supa-dupa in graphix anyhow. I just do vids/text.
