I noticed the last definition on the list from Qs post was this. 5 eyes spied on a US Presidential Candidate! People will want heads for this! Possible wars?? Not if we sign aSTrategicArmsReductionTreaty with the 5 eyes nation's because of the FISA abuse!!

Cuidad Del Carmen Search and Rescue Helo Activity
There are currently 18 S&R Helos active again in the Southern Gulf of Mexico. They have been running non stop for 5 days straight. Multiple Diving and Diving Support Vessels off shore N of Carmen. Also, multiple ""high speed craft"" have arrived in the area. Plus the usual cargo and tanker ships. A couple research vessels with support vessels and mad towing vessels.
The traffic in comparison to the port size and city seems lopsided. Relatively medium sized City but look at it's traffic compared to larger ports not far from Carmen. Haven't fully figured what's up here but this sauce is simmering beautifully so time will tell!
