I grew up in SoCal. Went to surf almost everyday. It was literally the one place that I felt really free. No pavement, no fences, no identification, no barking from the dogs, no smog etc…
How the hell do the "authorities" think they control the beach when it's open, AND when it's closed? It's a totally natural place that has been here since the beginning. Their "authority" at the beach is just something they made up, wrote down, and believe in while they sit in their offices. What's next, they think they are going to close the air? They gonna tell us we can't jump now?
