Tesla’s accounting appears littered with questionable accounting…. lack of definition around a “delivery”…possibly many sales to its own foreign subsidiaries… warranty work classed as goodwill to overstate gross margin…. and little to no details around their relationship with the Chinese Govt or supplier arrangements (possible hidden liabilities).
Regulators have let this company grow into an increasingly large risk to the market.
