Got a landing craft moving but a bunch of big tankers and LPG carriers just sitting around.
Scarborough Shoal "has no structures" so I'm going with not only do the Chicom CG hang about but the whole thing is indeed unlighted

Gotta keep an eye on what site those gray tracks are, utility and special purpose boats are sometimes gray. Things like dive boats, self-propelled barges, the funky stuff
We have an 8-bit color palette, nothing more really needed. "Dark blue, Medium Blue, Light Blue." Done
Right to peaceable Assembly is higher.
"A law repugnant to the Constitution is void. An act of Congress repugnant to the Constitution cannot become a law. The Constitution supersedes all other laws and the individuals rights shall be liberally enforced in favor of him, the clearly intended and expressly designated beneficiary." Marbury vs. Madison, 5 U.S. 137 (SCOTUS 1803)
"An unconstitutional law is void and is as no law. An offense created by it is not crime. A conviction under it is not merely erroneous but is illegal and void and cannot be used as a legal cause of imprisonment." Ex parte Siebold, 100 U.S. 371 (SCOTUS 1879)
"An unconstitutional act is not law. It confers no rights; it imposes no duties; affords no protection; it creates no office. It is, in legal contemplation, as inoperative as though it had never been passed. Norton vs. Shelby County, 118 U.S. 425 (SCOTUS 1886)
Right now tracks are tugs, crew boats, and offshore supply ships
Crew boats can serve oil platforms or be ferries to bring replacement crew to anchored ships or to take liberty parties ashore. A small amount of supplies (like fresh fruit) can be carried as well. They tend to be smaller than the offshore supply ships
But easily stored
I got a Chinese jack-up rig and a Heavy Lift Vessel but for the most part crewboats, tugs and offshore supply ships. Oil rigs TUXPAN and CANTERELL II as well. I just wanna know, the Heavy Lift Vessel is named TARGET, does that crew make Hazardous Duty Pay?
Not around that part of Mexico that I can see. Here's Spielberg's yacht SEVEN SEAS at the very exclusive Rybovich Marina in Palm Beach. The place with the elementary school on the other side of North Flagler Drive
Use that all the time
The nice part is the sites tend to display how old the position report is.
It gets better:
http://www.vesseltracking.net/ is good for finding the owner/operator of a vessl, use IMO or MMSI to weed out similar names

Like our old friend in Alamitos Bay, M/V REVERIE, many times the AIS gear is on but the crew and passengers have departed, sometimes this goes on for weeks as the boat has shore power connected
In all of this the only time kung flu was mentioned in regards to a merchant ship was one that left Singapore and was about to transit the Suez Canal when several of the crew were reported as ill. This was back in February IIRC. The tankers are screwed because onshore storage tanks are full and the car carriers apparently are not allowed the workers that would drive them off the ships to where the get parked for detailing
Yacht is GRACEFUL. Here's a link to it and includes the registry number of his private Dassault jet (Hi PF!)

The Watch List now has 31 large merchant ships, 11 yachts, and 26 ports. I am thus far two months into the Tracking Log Project. Any reason Vlad's boat need the Mark I Eyeball applied?
I get what I can via opensource
Puerto Barrios Guatemala is far more interesting
Smaller port of Lazaro Cardenas, Mexico is on the Watch List because of the traffic amount in relation to the port size, and some of the vessels that call there
Most out of AIS receiver range, satellite tracks thus no name or other info available at this time
Been at this 15 hours so far pirate, can you be a little more specific?
