Based on phone taps Hillary has been plotting to get the nomination for some time. She plans on saving the party and at the convention being their savior. She has a lot of money behind her and Soros is putting a lot on the line for her. Soros needs to be careful, a number of folks with bad attitudes are not pleased with him. Once Venezuela is finished folks will be pleased. Win win for everyone and the world can become sound again.
