I haven't seen anything about it here or anywhere else. It was not the "Iran Deal" $$ from Hussein, so AFAIK, we have no facts on that. The man being interviewed is a forensic accountant.

The interviewee said that $5T transfers were to set up a parallel gov't structure, as an actual system, as opposed to the loose and entrenched one that already existed. He's a forensic accountant so he's looked at the transactions of many and sees $$ being siphoned off.
Interestingly enough, the SS is tasked with investigating financial crimes, not FBI, and has an enormous data center containing all financial transaction data (except hand to hand cash/barter). Q mentioned or pointed us to look at it.

If this guy is able to see it, imagine what the SS has seen and the info (evidence) in that data center!
