It's not just state governors that will hinder the reopening of the economy.

The CEO of the company I work at just sent an email this week saying that work from home & travel restrictions will be in effect until at least mid-July. This is a Fortune 500 company, we spend millions each year on travel and an equal amount in client entertainment (mainly restaurants). Our yearly conference has been cancelled (another million or so).

I think only peer pressure will work to get some CEO's to open up. Can't sauce the email without doxxing.

Agreed. The company has offices in many states. It would've been so easy to just say something like "follow your governor's advice" (albeit with D govs etc.) but, no, the rules is company-wide no matter the state. Our office in GA will remain closed for example.
