This was posted and notabled last bread but wasn't picked up. I'm going to bring it forward for another go-round as it's important info to be aware of - especially for people living in blue states.

In the State of Oregon, DHS is taking children from homes where a caregiver has COVID19.

A person in Oregon who is symptomatic for COVID19 (and who doesn't want to risk DHS taking their child) would be wise to seek testing and/or treatment in a red state. This power grab is out of control.

A bit of irony:

My DIL has symptoms of COVID19 (or flu..or strep…or allergies…). Her doctor wanted her tested so DIL did a drive-thru this morning. One of the requirements? A valid government- issued ID with a photo. So let me get this straight it's ok to refuse "needed and potentially life-saying medical testing" to a US citizen in the middle of a declared "deadly world pandemic"…but it's not ok to require that same government issued photo idea when a person votes as that is prejudice. Risking their life by refusing them testing is NOT considered prejudice?
