I live in central cal.
In the last 3 weeks it's gone from 90% wearing masks, to @ 20% wearing masks.
The Joker doesn't realize it's over, he needs to open Cal back up.
Actually he probably does know it, but he doesn't care.
Maybe you divisionfags need to rethink your positions.
