Interesting that the photo came from the Baha'i Faith site.

Some aspects of the Baha'i Faith are worth emulating, especially their system of governance. They elect their governing body annually. There are no campaigns. The members of the community vote directly for leaders at the city through regional levels. Beyond that, the local leaders get together and vote for national and world leaders. In the elections, the members vote for the 9 people in the community that they feel will best serve them. The 9 getting the most votes then decide among themselves which positions in the administration they will take.
