Do anons remember the movie 10 Cloverfield Lane? I find some similarities to what has been going on in the world lately.

The Normie are "Michelle" (played by Mary Elizabeth Winstead) waking up to the real truths of the COVID-19 virus (among other things). "Howard" (played by John Goodman) is the MSM. He tells her enough to keep her constantly scared and unwilling to venture outside. The worldwide "attack" is the virus.

Michelle learns that although the attack is real, it is not as bad as Howard has played it out to be. She can survive on her own.
