Benjamin Franklin, in his plea to the British monarchy to resolve disagreements between the crown and the colonies, stated, “They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety.” Centuries later, Ann Tusa, British author and historian, who was witness to the Nuremberg Trials, once proclaimed, “I cannot subscribe to the perverted reasoning that society may advance and strengthen the rule of law by the expenditure of morally innocent lives but that progress in law may never be made at the price of morally guilty lives.” The essence of these two ideas—that a perceived temporary security and safety is not worth the price of our freedoms and that a moral governance cannot be the product of the sacrifice of innocence individuals for the sake of the corrupts’ hold on power—comes to the fore of our current plight and once again, we the people, in order to maintain our independence, must persevere through the fog of uncertainty while holding in our hearts and souls these notions, knowing full well that the tree of liberty is watered with both the blood of tyrants and patriots alike. This is the price of the war on the invisible enemy.
Today we stand before a government that has repeatedly ignored these profound and fundamental ideals of liberty. Today we stand before a government that values power, greed, and tyranny over the rights of the people. Today we stand before a government that has given in to evil of under the guise of ‘progress’, betraying its original mandate. This should come to no surprise to those of us who have elected to bare witness to the abusive nature of elected and unelected officials who would sooner have us think we must live in fear in order to survive, who would continue to present to us the false choice between safety and liberty. I am here to stand with you in not only condemning these immoral tactics, but in promotion of our rights as individuals to be free of these psychological chains that enslave the most those who succumb to its temptations.
Make no mistake! This is their greatest push to put those chains on us. We are told that this virus is deadly, that we cannot go back to normal, that we must give up our livelihoods for the sake of each other’s lives, that “its ok to not be ok right now”. But if all of this were true, why are doctors who make a YouTube video that gets over 5 million views silenced while using CDC and WHO statistics? Why can’t the WHO director answer questions regarding Taiwan? Why did the CDC have to clarify their COVID 19 death count numbers? Why is their a discrepancy between historical pneumonia death trends and this season’s trends as stated by the CDC? Why is the MSM using the inflated death counts from the CDC as the de facto standard? Why is the MSM ignoring antibody studies that are coming out of legitimate institutions of medicine across the world? Why is the MSM calling our fight to open up racist when this has nothing to do with race? Why do the late night comedy talking heads, in a sad attempt to entertain, compare us to those who lie with animals like Trevor Noah did? These are the questions that we must ask ourselves in our search for the truth, for the answers are what will set us free.
I am also here in support of those within the organs of this government that see the rot of this tyranny but have yet to come forward to expose the evil that festers there. First, as someone who once believed in their lies and deceit, who grow up within their world, I understand and have empathy for those who know and live under the immense pressure to conform and stay silent. To ask them to step up is to ask them to risk their income, their livelihoods, their homes; nevertheless, they must ask themselves “if not my sacrifice, then who’s?” Undoubtedly the answer to that question is “everyone else” which is why I ask them to not only come forward with what they know but to join us in saying enough is enough. We will not be your pawn in this game that ultimately is no game at all. I plead with you, take up the responsibility of safe guarding the rights and liberties you swore to protect and serve.
To be continued…
