trying to wrap my mind around which equipment is meant, or what is being put under surveylance or government oversight . . . and wonder if it also is tied into Green energy scams (so called 'carbon credits') and the buying and selling of that for the purposes of money laundering?
not sure.
And then thinking about how the Paradise, and other similar fires, started. I have no answers.
