The KEYW Holding announced its wholly-owned unit, Sotera Defense Solutions, won a three-year, $18 million task order from the U.S. Army. The company will provide business systems software engineering and sustainment services to the army's communications-electronics command. This is the fifth task order awarded to the combined company under the $7 billion software and systems engineering services next generation (SSES NexGen) indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract.
Sooo, possibly this Crumb has to do with identifying the “Shadow Government” support /intelligence system.
