Thoroughly research campaign contributions/PACS (connect all dots) so the findings can be laid out simply for anyone (even a child).
Are Governors acting in interest of their Constituents, or an outside influence (out of state, out of country)?
If an outside influence, would that go against that State's Constitution?
What might the implications be?
