>>9008069 I had good luck by placing old plywood on the ground, next to the enclosure… then periodically lifting a piece to expose millions of bugs,and raking most through the fence. Got to a point that when they saw me coming with a leaf rake, they flocked to me, all freaked out.

 

Keep it moist under there, and any bugs the chickens miss will go right back under there to wait for next time.

 

Orange yolks, thick shells, and shiny chickens.
