I think they're dealing with prosecutors using a baited Kislyak call transcript. I don't believe the prosecutors have released that, and that is the crucial piece of evidence that Flynn lied.
Pickle, as it stands, is if prosecutors release barium meal call transcript, they and media go down and if Sullivan ignores no call transcript and goes to trial he will blow up the DC circuit court when the leak/sting is declassified.
