If government actors under color of state law violate an individual's constitutional rights, they may sue under Section 1983.

These are called 1983 lawsuits. They involve establishing actions by a government actor like Schiff. He sent that letter binding himself to YouTube and Google. As many of you are aware, the Clowns are involved in Amazon, YouTube and Google as well. And Twitter. Collectively, they are acting to violate the first amendment.

The problem is that you have to show SUFFICIENT STATE ACTION. The constitution applies to the States through the 14th amendment incorporation clause. So states can be sued under 1983 like Michigan governor and other State or even LOCAL officials for violating civil rights.

So a 1983 lawsuit would look like a lawsuit FOR DAMAGES AND COMPENSATION under the federal statute against the State government for violating civil rights.

YOU DO NEED LARGE DAMAGES. Presumed damages for the violations themselves aren't also astronomical.
