Hey, any Belgian Lawfag here?
Can the law article 151 of the Penal Code be the equivalent of the US Title 18, USC, Section 242?
If so, this would imped the Belgian Constitution :

art 23 - freedom of work

art 24 - freedom of school
-
art 26 - freedom of meeting
And above all this is against the HUMAN RIGHTS :

art 13 - freedom to move
-
art 20 - freedom of meeting

art 23 - freedom of work

art 26 - freedom of education
-
art 27 - freedom of cultural life
BTW, we need to find the equivalent of this in all of the other countries.
So we could open up, walk free, and work again !!!
