Why should they get a bailout… will the taxpaying citizens of CA get a rebate in property and income taxes for the many state mandated services that CA governments are Not providing? Access to parks and recreation, libraries, dmv, various other government offices (all levels) and Schools? Are parents reimbursed for the school monitoring work they provide for their online pupils? Does the state provide the mandated face coverings to be out in public?
Who ordered workers to stay home - the state, yet the feds already provide reimbursement on that and many other through the National Guard and FEMA. State pay and benies are not a federal responsibility.
