Am not a lawyer, and was curious about who might have the power to arrest state/local police who were acting against the Constitution and Bill of Rights.
POTUS could do so, if those actions by state/local "law enforcement are deemed to be insurrection.
Their excuse is "just following orders"
From whom did those orders come?
Were THEY being given those orders from powers outside the US, or by enemies of the US?
