That is why, for a year at least, Q's message has been "look what the bad guys are doing, isn't it outragous, aren't you outraged, and we cannot stop them"
Q is here to build public support for actions that POTUS, for whatever reason, is unable to execute at this time
Whether anything happens in May or August or next January, is unknown, because there is currently no capability
