The Only way these criminals will be Fully prosecuted for what they Really did and held accountable for their True motivations, can only be dine if Durham can establish a clear Criminal Conspiracy and use some kind of RICO Act law.

Otherwise they will get petty misconduct type charges which will Really piss us all off.
