Follow-up Boatfag Report

Boatfag watchstander checking back in from chow. Nice catch Boatfag! I also noticed that the "dead zone" around Scarby Shoal seems to be changing.

Now the north-south traffic east of the Shoal is getting a little closer to it but the empty area seems to be expanding and growing a little further south towards the Spratly Islands. There's also a pretty empty zone west of the Paracels, which is a bit weird because that's a transit lane to the NE for ships out of Cam Ranh and Da Nang. Cap attached, blue arrow is Scarborough Shoal
