aprox 50 cases filed against Governments related to Covid-19.

States run by Republican Governors are consistently being sued for not allowing abortions and/ or not releasing prisoners.

States with Democrat Governors are being sued for civil rights violations.

Florida is the only State that hasd a feeble attempt to sue for ~something~ related a civil rights violation and found to be WITHOUT MERIT.

MS was sued because a Democrat Mayor violated the 2nd amendment rights of citizens.

Alaska was sued by a union for not protecting their workers from a virus that has killed NOBODY in their State.

I did not read these filing to assess the strength of their case. I only read for the causation of the case.I offer no opinion as to the strength.

I made this addition to the CDC revised death totals of 5/1/202 so people could have the death results in front of them while seeing which party controlled the State and what type ( if any) lawsuits have been filed.
