The virus is 11nm. The gaps in the material of a standard paper mask is about 300nm and it's even bigger for a cloth mask. Thanks to Ted Danson, we have the analogy of tossing a hotdog down the hall. That virus doesn't even know you have the mask on.
But the bacteria that accumulate on the inside of the mask do.

Pretty much anything on Ubuntu Linux. I'm used to Firefox, so I use that most of the time, but I've tried Brave and a couple others and they work too.

Earlier it was pointed out that Chinese gait recognition benefits from the separation as it allows the recognition software to "see" the gait and also match the cell phone data to the images collected.
For this reason, I now leave my cell phone behind as often as I am able. In rooms I am no longer occupying, in my vehicle when I am in a store or shopping center, inside when I am working outside or visiting neighbors. At the range, I park away from the bays I will be using.
