COVID Safe Paths FAQ

>Safe Paths as a Contact Tracing app will be useful in dense, as well as rural areas. In Dense areas use of GPS, and Bluetooth together can help in efficient contact tracing and let people get back to work. In Rural areas where we do not need Covid-test-and-isolate, instead we need only fever-test-and-isolate, conservativelywe can assume any fever is Covid-relatedand inform anyone who came in close contact.

How do we identify that you came in close contact to someone diagnosed with COVID-19?

Our goal is to use contact tracing so that users can tell if they came with GPS or bluetooth precision of a diagnosed carrier, this radius is between 10-15 feet. We never assert that any given individual has definitively come into contact with a COVID-19 carrier.
