CBSN Los Angeles just showed a gym owner that has opened and refuses to close. He said some of his customers told him they were thinking about killing themselves due to being locked inside for so long. Also mentioned you have to sign a waiver to get into gym. He has been issued a warning and could have his permit pulled at some point.
"The coronavirus pandemic is forcing big changes at the tradition-bound Supreme Court. The justices will hear arguments on Monday by telephone for the first time since Alexander Graham Bell patented his invention in 1876.
Audio of the arguments will be broadcast live by the news media, another first. This will be just the second time that the justices will meet outside the court since the Supreme Court building opened in 1935. (The discovery of anthrax in a court mailroom in 2001 forced a temporary relocation to another federal courthouse less than a mile away.)
The first argument is Monday, and the court will hear a total of 10 cases over six days. Among the cases to be argued: President Donald Trump’s bid to keep certain financial records private and whether presidential electors are required to cast their Electoral College ballots for the candidate who won their state."

"Some Texas businesses, including restaurants, malls and movie theaters, began to reopen Friday in response to Governor Greg Abbott's decision to let the state's stay-at-home order expire. Major theater chains have remained closed, but some smaller theaters have chosen to reopen — with heightened security measures in place.
EVO Entertainment CEO Mitchell Roberts told Variety that it plans to reopen two of its theaters with "airport security-style check-in" on Monday. He said the company's "focus is on earning that customer confidence back."
The open EVO theaters will allow guests to enter through a cordoned area and will be asked if anyone in their household has had flu symptoms in the last two weeks, Roberts told Variety. Guests will also be subject to an infrared temperature screening, and anyone with a temperature over 100.4 degrees will be turned away."

This is the gym I saw on the news. Unfortunately, the article does not mention signing a waiver or that some customers considered suicide.
VICTORVILLE, Calif. (KABC) – "A gym in Victorville opened its doors to the public on Friday, despite California's orders to shut down all non-essential businesses due to the coronavirus pandemic. Jacob Lewis, the owner of "The Gym," says that he opened "against all my supervisors' instructions" as well as the state's stay-at-home order.
In an Instagram post, Lewis argued that gyms are essential and attract smaller crowds than Costco, Walmart and Target, which are all considered essential under the order.
Lewis says he made the decision to reopen after he determined that gyms are essential to people's mental and physical health.
In a later post, the owner said he's received "overwhelming" support from the public as well as other gyms and businesses across the country.
Officials with the city of Victorville said they are "appalled" by The Gym's decision to reopen, but noted enforcement lies with the San Bernardino County health department.
The city said it reported the violation to the county health department on Friday and received permission for city code enforcement to issue a notice of violation to the business. The gym now has three days to comply and if not, the county will take additional action."

I hope Birx and Fauci don't see this, or they will be screaming for an even greater 'social distance':
"At a lab at Florida Atlantic University, two engineering professors are measuring the power of a cough. Using a dummy, they filled its mouth with a mix of glycerin and water and then with a pump, forced the dummy to cough to see how far the droplets travel.
“It generates particles on the order of 10 to 20 microns, which is roughly close to what the smallest droplet sizes are when we cough,” Sid Verma, Assistant Professor of Engineering at Florida Atlantic University, said.
The droplets traveled a distance of three feet almost immediately. Within five seconds, the droplets were at six feet and then nine feet in just about 10 seconds. Nine feet is beyond the recommended social distancing guidelines.
The fog of droplets lingered in the air, but kept moving forward, taking another 30 to 40 seconds to float another three feet.

SkyNews just opened their broadcast by saying: "President Trump ignores a medic to say a vaccine is coming this year."
I've also never filtered. Much easier to just scroll on by, Learning to ignore the 'battlefield noise' seems almost like cyber warfare training.
Yeah..seeing weirdo images posted by deranged yoyos somehow makes me a bitch.
