I've been filtering that guy for over a year. From what I can see and what others have said who claim to know, he's an actual well-intentioned anon not a paid shill, but has psychological problems and is not in control of how he acts.
I just filter on sight, and also add his unique phrases in my Options-Filters-Comments. Trying to reply to him in any way, with logic or suggestions or insults, only makes him post more, and respond more strongly. I wish him the best, and appreciate his enthusiasm & long-term time commitment, but IMO he would be more effective on his own board, working with the people who are attracted to his style of work and communication, which he considers are his highly-organized leadership skills.
Apparently he does not understand that most people do not find value in his methods or approach. I've seen him on at least two other platforms and people ignore him or yell at him there also. He probably thinks to himself that everyone who responds negatively to him is an opposition shill. As someone with severe autism and social difficulties myself, I feel a little sorry for him, because I know he can't help it. But all his posts still get the filter from me.
