There are 2 motions currently in play. The motion to file a document under seal TODAY, 5/4. And the second, the motion to dismiss(response by govt) on 5/11 and iFlynn’s response to the govt’s response on 5/18.
Add a final court hearing for final arguments after which both sides submit for the judge to rule…and we are closer to the end of the month(May)- as Q said.
