the big problem with those is they have to update filings for ownership through 13-F via the SEC and if they choose not to do that they face little to no penalties-if at all. Much habbens between that being filed at end of Dec last year and now but it is a good place to start as the positions are large and need to time to distribute.
Strzok's "wife" is a VP of enforcement at the SEC still so there is that.
