Monday May 4 - Documents have to be delivered by Flynn's former [evil] attorneys with a filed Certification that they have "really looked as hard as they can for sure this time!" for any other documents must be delivered to court at a hearing on May 4.

The Judge has ordered the Government to respond to Flynn's Motion to Dismiss by May 11.

If they do respond by May 11, Judge Sullivan does not even have to make the order of dismissal on that day. Further, if there is any issue that the Government brings up in their response to the motion to dismiss, and it requires a response from Flynn, then more time has to be given for that. Probably less than a week?
