I think POTUS pushes vaccines and other stuff he doesn't really believe in to push everything to the limit - it's the advice he's gotten from the experts, right? When it doesn't work out, he will have to "retreat" from that position (like all the others who believe in vaccines) and bow to the truth. Not his fault his experts failed him, right?
