My comments in purple (cuz what the fuck is purple for anyhow):

Judge: The CDC never used the complete test base to come up with a [COVID19 mortality] statistic…isn't that different from how the CDC [evaluates] the flu? Because now we know people have it and the lethality rate is so much lower.

(ie., CDC did not include asymptomatic COVID+ people to calculate a vastly over-exaggerated 5% mortality rate, but rather only included those very people already ill presenting at hospitals)

Scarf Lady: I think we're learning every day about the virus…and that's been very important to constantly be triangulating data. (whatever) I think we underestimated very early on the number of asymptomatic cases and I think we're really beginning to understand there are people that get infected that the symptoms are so low-grade that they don't even know they're infected. You mean how you failed to apply the most basic virology science in doing your job, because we know that almost every virus int he world will infect some people and not make them sick, particularly other coronaviruses, and so unless you haven't even taken first year Biology, how in the name of fuck can you not take the most basic step and contemplate including asymptomatic COVID-positive people in your mortality statistic, even at the very beginning of the outbreak

Judge: Isn't it unfair to…sugest that those deaths that aren't actually caused by COVID are attributed to COVID if COVID is anywhere in the symptoms of the deceased. (the judge is actually pretty inarticulate about science, but the question is a good one, when you consider many COVID positive patients included in the mortality-count actually died of other causes completely unrelated to their COVID19 exposure

The Judge lets the Scarf Lady off way too easy. I think it's very important to realize that Scarf Lady is a lying cunt, and her only real qualification is her ability to lie about all the deaths she and her friends at the CDC have caused for decades around the globe.
