The psyop is not -on- anons, anons are participating in a gigantic psyop from the very beginning. What do you think meme warfare is, anon? It's psychological operation. It's not only USMIL that understands the value of memetic warfare, NATO had a conference seminar on it in 2008 IIRC.

(which is an absolute gold mine for meme magicians)

Successful propaganda is both credible and persuasive. Building credibility requires consistency and time. Of the many factors entering into the establishment of credibility, one of the most important is an accurate target analysis. Credibility will be enhanced when the themes relate to the needs and wants of the target audience and are kept within their frame of reference. Experience indicates that the persuasiveness of propaganda to a hostile audience is increased when the propaganda is objective and indirect-the more hostile the audience, the more objective and indirect the propaganda.

>the more hostile the audience, the more objective and indirect the propaganda.

>the more objective and indirect the propaganda.

I do not understand that or how that would be implemented in practice.

In order to move forward I need to understand this, it seems foundational…

There is much more at our disposal. I'm working through it now.

Thank you, that makes perfect sense.

An example in practice would be to use target population's 'face' they recognize, terms they use, giving them permission to think something because a 'friendly' in-group member is thinking something:

>well, if my fellow hipster is pissed off about US citizens being spied on via a secret court on bullshit 'evidence' then maybe there's something to that?

Using much more finesse than that :)

Thank you, appreciate the clarification. Back to reading. (Sorry for 2x post).

>cryptic hook

I like that.

>To retain potency, remember to prompt curiosity and remain humble when they start to veer too far off course.

Anons who have had good experiences in meatspace explained it like letting them teach you, after a period of offering subtle questions (and dropping it), as a way to guide them to the desired outcome. People like to be in the know as opposed to being told or lectured, and it makes people feel good to share what they learned or know with someone else. So in their experience when their person started to 'veer off course' the anon would drop a question that would prompt the person to look into it, and come back and explain it to the wiseanon.

Since the task is writing it would be done a little differently.

Well played on all fronts! It also provided an example of how anons can be very easily manipulated to someone else's ends. Especially with the quick, not quite fully considered response. :)

Choke points and control points. Of with record keeping is one
