don't accuse Q of fishing for IP.
you don't think everything here isn't monitored? They already have your IP.
if I could make those cheap boards useful to act as mobile servers I think that would be good. To be able to load a linux and not have to go through the built in root that comes from the factory (and is a tyranny): that woudl be a good use of Ghidra.
but if someone does real things and needs a server to use, one doesn't want to wrestle with a broken board that has burned in broken code and spend hours and hours of time trying to figure out how to load it . . . but here is the thing : once one person does it they can share what they know with everyone else and suddenly what was junk suddenly becomes useful.
but they don't jsut screw with the processors, they screw with a lot of other systems too. And even if you can load your own linux, you can't guarantee tht they haven't inserted other things too, wireless parts that don't even hook into the Operating systems. The boards are bricks. They are just useful perhaps for litigation to prove that what we think that they were doing is what they really did.
