Personally I fucking suck at that shit and have to follow directions carefully to get it to work. If you are a detail oriented person you may really like and enjoy it. I am more of a hammer/wrench/rope guy. I will just cheer on those who like it and try to toss them ideas.

If you want to not carry you have to get a license for that. It will be expensive, legally risky to use and not evenly applied from state to state or even from one town to the next. Fraught with danger legally. Many areas will simply choose to take the Class 3 Body Armor exception instead of licensing. This is the only exception without a strong medical or criminal reason. Criminals ofcourse must take the class 3 body armor option.
