Uhh no but to think this isn't used on civilians is naive. It is. project monarch is alive and well. It's named after the monarch butterfly which instinctively remembers where to migrate. This has been heavily researched and relates to "bloodlines" and inherited knowledge. People do in fact inherit knowledge from their parents.
