This is not a place set up for work. Q has not asked for work before. If Q is legit, beyond merely a solid narrator / glue type, and actually someone who works with Trump - there are people who work in the executive branch who would do all this already.

I think what's happening is that the hospitals and the medical system in general were given so much money that they're spending it on signs calling themselves heroes. Maybe hospitals are spending some of their money on the MSM to say nice things about them.
