Congress needs the ability to just go over and take it. The appropriate committee will have the clearance they need to get the stuff. There won't be anymore covering their ass with a classification going on.
I would think it would be something overseas. They would be in to their regular schedule. The tape is has probably been stages for release so,speeches, announcements, meetings have probably been planned. Merkel, or May could be giving some problems. That's my 2 cents. So with that and another dollar, you could probably get a dollar candy bar.
