you still need the expertise to write the individual workflow steps and know what to test for in target applications.
these are usefull tools for app developers and security analysts. they arent consumer level apps

Reversing binaries is not "just understanding code". you have to know the architectures, how code is turned into assembly for the platform, how programs are represented in memory, registers. how function calls work at the machine level. app stacks, techniques for getting around protections like aslr
