Think about the world we live in now. Everyone is afraid to offend someone. If you talk about politics or religion at work, or anything else that goes against the narrative, or just have a different opinion, you will be told you are, "bad," or they will just fire you outright.

Let that sink in. The culture of fear is deeply embedded. If you dare express a differing opinion or question the cultural narrative, you will be hung out to dry by your employer and anyone else who buys into their narrative.

They don't want diversity, they want compliance.
