Yep, I dropped 15 pounds in 6 months on Keto. Love it. I go on and off it, but in general, I don't eat pasta, potatoes, rice and almost no processed food like crackers.

When I'm off it, I shoot for double that and give myself some leeway, especially on weekends. I drink those carbs.
