Couple of points. That photo has a life outside having been awarded a Pulitzer prize. It's one of the most iconic images of WWII. The fact that the Pulitzer Prize started in 1917 has never been linked by POTUS to the Spanish flu which also started then. POTUS never asked anyone to dig on Pulitzer, he wondered if Haberman's should be taken away. One look at Pulitzer's (and Haberman's) ethnicity/religion should be all you need to know.
