I don't exactly give them to people. I leave them sitting in conspicuous places for people to find. In the forks of trees in the local park, on park benches, windowsills of small shops along the sidewalk, on top of city trash cans, etc. Light posts in large parking lots, on top of the crosswalk buttons. Any anti-parking post around town. Just with the hopes that someone gets a smile from them, or is enticed into doing research. I never even look back.
