#SCOTUS reports that Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg was treated for benign gall bladder condition today at Johns Hopkins in Baltimore. Ginsburg is resting comfortably, plans to participate in tomorrow's oral arguments remotely by telephone from the hospital.
