Processing blockade

A lot of the meat processors (slaughterhouses and butchers) are shut down because muh virus, so there's a kink in the pipeline from rancher to your table.

When ranchers can't get a decent price for their cattle (because shutdown slaughterhouses aren't buying), it's prudent from their standpoint to reduce the supply so as to drive up prices for them.

The same goes for the dairy farmers - a lot of milk processors are shut down or reducing employees, so they aren't buying milk from the dairy farmers. There's a surplus of milk on the producers' side, which they can't get a decent price for, so they are dumping milk.

Unlike the other organs, the brain runs on cholesterol, not sugar.

Think about that for a minute.

They took a study done in the 1950s in a very small group of people, and compared their cholesterol levels to heart disease.

Presto bingo, the new narrative became "cholesterol is bad for you."

The effect was to dumb down all the sheep who believed it, and cut back on their meat intake.

In whose interest would it be to have a population with "poorer mental health"?
